Don Leviton’s legal practice and in-house counsel positions have given him insight into a wide range of problems in large and small companies from the attorney’s and management’s perspectives. Don has practiced for many years as an arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County’s Mandatory Arbitration program and was qualified as a presiding arbitrator with authority to administer oaths, rule on the admissibility of evidence, and decide questions of fact and law in reaching an award in a case.
