Mr. Wilkinson is one of the few attorneys in the Northwest Arkansas area whose practice is exclusive to criminal law. He has a wealth of courtroom and jury trial experience and is known for his record of great success in the courtroom. Mr. Wilkinson has lectured extensively at the state and national level to hundreds of attorneys from over 40 states handling various aspects of criminal cases. He is the former Chief Deputy Prosecutor for Benton County, AR, where he served as second in command in the 17-attorney prosecutor’s office for many years. Mr. Wilkinson has handled every type of criminal case imaginable at the state and federal levels ranging from capital murder cases to misdemeanors.
